Youth Sustainable Energy Hub is officially on!

The Youth Sustainable Energy Hub(YSEH) by SDG7 Youth Constituency was launched on 11 November. The first-of-its-kind platform kicked off with keynote speeches by SRSG and CEO of SEforALL, Damilola Ogunbiyi and Director of NREL, Martin Keller. The Zoom event that was also shown on Facebook Live to bring together Youths all around the world at the unveiling day. 

YSEH is the first of its kind global platform showcasing the work of youth practitioners in the sustainable energy sector. Since the launch, more than 3000 people have visited the Hub! If you have missed the launch, fret not, for the recording of the launch is available here.

Youth shaping the Climate Pact: youth success stories in climate & energy

In the framework of the European Climate Pact Launch planned on the 16th of December, the SDG7 Youth Constituency in cooperation with the European Youth Energy Network is organizing an online satellite event named “Youth shaping the Climate Pact” with the aim of showcasing the fundamental role of youth organizations in engaging citizens and giving the stage to participants to share concrete actions and successful youth initiatives. Youth and the Intergovernmental Energy Space

The SDG7 Youth Constituency will convene the UN agencies and intergovernmental organizations to present their events scheduled for 2021, including IRENA Youth Forum and SEforALL Youth Summit.
