The UN Major Group for Children and Youth together with the Religious Advocacy Initiative, Youth for Peace International, Youth Core Group on Atrocity Prevention, International Youth Centre-Malaysia, and the Asian Youth Peace Network are co-organizing a webinar which showcases different youth-led initiatives and engagements in the issues of peace and security titled “Young People Leading in Peace and Security” on August 21, 8 AM EST via Facebook Live on the UN Major Group for Children and Youth Facebook Page.

The webinar will highlight young people's leadership and engagement in interfaith dialogue, disarmament, atrocity prevention, and peace and security work. Now, more than ever, it is important to raise awareness and platforms to listen, share and engage with young changemakers and peacebuilders.
