Fighting Covid-19

When I was in school, I was shocked to see two children who who were studying in a government school but didn't have access to books. It was then that I decided start donating to causes to address these needs, but I realised later that if I carry on this initiative individually I won't be able to reach the most amout of people possible. Hence, I decided to start my own organisation, in which I can help people not only in my city but all over the country and someday even all over the world. Presently, we are doing social work in these 10 cities and are planning to expand it to other cities as well as in other countries. We collect old books, clothes and toys from people and donate it to the poor children in orphanage, slums and in poor government schools. Presently our organisation is working towards the project of "Fighting COVID-19." Presently we are fighting COVID-19.

Up to now, we have mobilized

• 25400 INR (334 USD), from which we bought 1105 4-ply masks and donated them to poor people in slums,

• 11000 INR (145 USD), which was donated to the PM CARES FUND, and

• 39900 INR (524 USD) from which we bought 114 food kits containing rice, atta, dal and salt that would feed a family of 5 for three weeks.

Support Needed

Our target is to collect more and more food kits (each costing 350 INR) to more than 1000 families (4648 USD). We are collecting funds through online payment gateways and bank transfer. We request you to support us in this initiative of ours, by helping us in reaching out to more and more people so that we can gather funds to help families in dire need.
