YOUth Need To Know: Cancelling Covid 19

Youth are most vulnerable to misinformation because of how often they use social media. At the start of the pandemic – official media was slow in addressing concerns by the public. We decided to start the YOUth Need To Know forum to disseminate correct information to the youth by holding online forums on the popular media platform. Since its creation, the forum has grown to address multiple other issues i.e. domestic violence, the Rohingya refugees, and many others. We have also addressed youth concerns on wrong political messaging. We aim to partner with other youth initiatives in Malaysia and by the collective voice of youth, push for policies, and demand answers otherwise left unspoken from the administration.
