Location: Brazil (Niterói - Rio de Janeiro)

The COVID-19 pandemic worsened the reality of misery, hunger and inequality in Brazil's favelas and communities. For this reason, we brought together civil society entities, universities, social organizations and churches to allocate food bags to families assisted by philanthropic institutions and social projects. Every month, we distribute around a thousand food bags, adding 50 tons of food and helping 20 thousand people. The project is developed by several young volunteers who, every day, collect donations, assemble bags and deliver food to families.

Support

Our target is to collect more 3,000 food bags for the coming months. Each kit costs 50 BRL ( 9 USD). We are collecting funds through online payment gateways and bank transfer. We request you to support us in this initiative, by helping us in reaching out to more people so that we can gather funds to help families in dire need, fight hunger and social inequality.
