Mindfulness Practice Session

The main objective of this project was to create a safe space for young people to practice mindfulness and self-care during the current humanitarian crisis. It was a 3 week long course with 3 sessions on weekly basis. 50-60 participants joined us from different countries to attend this program and have further shared with us that they have been doing it with their families on regular basis. To create a support group we have created an online space to stay connected and facilitate shared mindfulness practice sessions with them.
