Major Group for Children and Youth to UN Environment Programme (UNEP) - Global Youth for Environment is formal mechanism for youth and youth organisations to engage in the process of environmental governance and conservation in the UN system. 

This is an open call for the Steering Committee of the Major Group for Children and Youth to United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP - MGCY). UNEP MGCY Steering Committee serves as the Coordination Team of UNEP MGCY, wherein performing functions of, inter alia, governance, policy coherence, regional and thematic coordination. We are calling upon youth movements, organisations and youth advocates interested in environmental governance and conservation to apply to join the team !
