General Assembly Resolution 74/121, entitled “Policies and programmes involving youth” requests the Secretary-General to submit a report on the achievements and challenges in the implementation of the World Programme of Action for Youth, including on the linkages and complementarities on youth issues between the World Programme of Action for Youth and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, in consultation with Member States and other stakeholders, including UN system entities and youth led and youth focused organisations.

In accordance with the resolution youth organisations are invited to provide inputs for the formulation of the report. The questions focus on actions involving ‘working with youth and creating an enabling environment, working on youth and building coherence, and working for youth to promote their priorities across the multilateral system.
