MGCY Humanitarian Affairs constituency call and RFP applications

As we continue work in 2023 on the Global Youth Humanitarian Platform (GYHP - MGCY Humanitarian Working Group), we have the following updates:

Upcoming Constituency Call

We invite you to the next constituency call on Sunday 3rd September from 1300-1400 UTC. This call will be a space for the constituency group to talk about the aspirations ahead and hear updates on processes such as the UN Global Compact on Humanitarian Affairs (which is co-chaired by MGCY), engagement with UN OCHA, and much more. 

Applications Open for Regional Focal Points

We are happy to share that a number of coordination and facilitation positions have recently opened across various work streams of the MGCY GYHP as Regional Focal Point.

We encourage you to consider these opportunities and share them with colleagues who may be interested.

The RFPs are responsible for coordinating regional outreach of the constituency and participating in the coordination of global activities of the constituency. The mandate period of the RFPs is one year.
